Neighbors Helping Neighbors in the Garden

I met a friend through TimeBank leadership work, and we quickly became friends. When I asked if I could co-garden in her space, she said yes. But getting the garden ready meant tilling and compost we didn’t have. We posted what we needed on the TimeBank, and one member showed up with both the tiller and the compost, helping us prepare the beds. No money exchanged, just neighbors helping neighbors.
